Foundation Research & Administration Manager

Alserkal Arts Foundation is seeaking a Foundation Research and Administration Manager. Are you interested in contemporary art, education, and research? Are you also a self-motivated and savvy administrator, talented multi-tasker, and first class communicator?

This exciting role offers the chance to support the strategic development of Alserkal Arts Foundation's key new initiatives. You will be involved in initiating and strengthening administrative procedures for Alserkal Arts Foundation, contributing actively to our residencies, research grants, commissions, and education programmes, and leading day-to-day foundation responsibilities such as preparing texts and budgets, making presentations, and supporting international artists, cultural producers, and researchers in their projects.

We need a dynamic individual with seasoned knowledge of the MEASA art and cultural landscape, supported by a suitable post-graduate degree in the humanities or social sciences, and at least 3 years of professional experience. A background in budgeting, project management, and research is essential, alongside excellent written and spoken English. Arabic is a plus.
