Laughter Circles

Laughter circles are a form of yoga that allow you to reduce stress through laughing. It’s a great belly workout and a wonderful way to breathe oxygen straight into your organs through laughter. This practice, over time, reduces your stress, opens up your inner child through play and fun. This is a pay what you think is a fair price event.
